Flora O’seyi Ayodele is the Chief Operating Officer of Film Merge, where she supports the company’s operational structure, team coordination, and mission-driven growth as a platform for Christian and family-friendly film distribution. She brings a multidisciplinary background that combines academic scholarship, project management, media professionalism, and creative storytelling.
Dr. Ayodele is a Comparative Literature scholar and certified project manager with over nine years of experience spanning academia and Christian media. Her public profile highlights work across institutions including Adeleke University, Redeemer’s University, and the Mount Zion Institute of Christian Drama. She holds a B.A. in English (Literature) from Redeemer’s University, an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Ibadan, and a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from the University of Ibadan.
Beyond academia, she is a writer, media professional, screenplay writer, Christian film producer, and author of Reflections from the Father (2018). Her public work also includes service as Partner Support Specialist for YouVersion in Nigeria and previous leadership involvement with the Mount Zion Institute Alumni International Fellowship International Christian Film Festival (MZIAIF–ICFF).
