What We Need From You

To ensure your film is ready for global distribution, please prepare the following before submitting. The more complete your submission, the faster we can process it.

Technical Requirements
  • Video Format: MP4, MOV, or DCP
  • Resolution: 1080p Full HD minimum (4K preferred)
  • Frame Rate: 23.97, 24, 25, or 29.97 fps
  • Audio: Stereo or 5.1 mix — clean and isolated tracks preferred
  • Subtitles: English SRT file required for all international distribution
Supporting Materials
  • Trailer: Minimum 90 seconds (MP4, same quality as feature)
  • Poster: High-resolution JPG or PNG (minimum 2000×3000px)
  • Synopsis: Short (150 words) and full (400 words)
  • Cast & Crew: Full credits list with roles
  • Metadata: Title, genre, runtime, language, country of origin, year
Rights & Legal
  • Ownership: Full copyright or valid licensing agreement
  • Music Clearance: All music used must be cleared for distribution
  • Content Declaration: Confirmation of family-friendly / Christian content standards
Content We Do Not Accept
  • Content containing explicit language, nudity, or sexual material
  • Films promoting violence, occultism, or anti-Christian ideology
  • Content without verified rights or with uncleared third-party material
  • Films below 720p resolution or with corrupted audio
  • Unfinished productions, rough cuts, or student films without professional finish
Your Rights Are Always Protected

Film Merge operates as a distribution partner only — never a rights holder. You retain 100% ownership of your film at all times. You can withdraw from distribution at any time with written notice.

We do not charge submission or distribution fees. Film Merge earns only when your film earns — through a transparent revenue-share agreement.
