How Screener Access Works

We take the privacy of our filmmakers' work seriously. Every screener request is verified and access is strictly controlled.

Submit Your Request

Complete the form with your credentials and intended use. Every request enters the FilmMerge review queue.

Credentials Verified

We verify your organisation and role within 2 business days. We may follow up by email for additional context.

Secure Link Delivered

Approved applicants receive a private FilmMerge dashboard link with expiring access.

Follow-up & Next Steps

After viewing, our acquisitions team will follow up to discuss licensing, programming, or coverage opportunities.

Time-Limited Access

All secure screener links expire automatically after 7 days. Extensions can be reissued through the FilmMerge review queue when needed.

Protected Delivery

Screeners are delivered through FilmMerge-managed access, not public catalog pages. Raw screener URLs are not exposed on the front end.
